Die Skeptiker

There is only one band called Die Skeptiker so far (read at the end of bio if you think they are an strange german electronic act). Die Skeptiker is a german punk rock band. The band was founded in 1986 by singer Eugen Balanskat who was the only constant member of the band. They became more popular with the release of their album Sauerei in 1991 on Rough Trade and are known for their energetic live perfomances. In 2000 the band split up and reunited in 2006 for a live tour. According to their website they are planning to newly record some older material due to its limited availability. Current lineup: drums: Andy Laaf (Mad Sin, Blind Passengers, Cassandra Complex, Die Skeptiker) guitar1: Tom Schwoll (Jingo de Lunch, Extrabreit, Sin City Circus Ladies, Kumpelbasis, Die Skeptiker) guitar2: Lars Rudell (Cultus Ferox, Blind Passengers, Die Skeptiker) bass: Mathias Kahle (Die Skeptiker) vocals: Eugen Balanskat (Rotorfon, Die Skeptiker) There are also songs circulating with electronic songs of a band called die Skeptiker.
