Anna lived many of her younger years between London and Holland. Anna's mother was a singer in various bands through out the local London music scene and thus exposed to a variety of musical genres from Billie Holiday to Madonna. Anna attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School in London. Prince Years At the age of 16 Anna meet the artist known as Prince at his concert in London. At seventeen, she lived with Prince in Minneapolis, Minnesota. [2] On her 18th birthday, Prince gave Anna a pink cashmere coat, thus leading to the song Pink Cashmere that would be released in 1993. Anna inspired the songs Vicki Waiting which was originally titled Anna Waiting which was also given to her for her 18th birthday and Lemon Crush on Prince's Batman soundtrack from 1989 which was her favorite drink. She also wrote the song Fantasia Erotica, which resurfaced on Carmen Electra's debut album in 1992. Anna Garcia is credited as Anna Fantastic on the song "Partyman" on the Batman Soundtrack released in 1989 as listed on the albums credits.
