The Black Zombie Procession

THE BLACK ZOMBIE PROCESSION is the solo project of the infamous NASTY SAMY, backed by the finest french undead musicians (from FLYING DONUTS, the POOKIES & SONS OF BUDDHA)... He plays and has played guitar and bass in various punk-rock'n'roll / pop-punk / surf-bands (HAWAII SAMURAI, LOST COWBOY HEROES, SECOND RATE... and currently in HELLBATS) which toured frequently (in France and the rest of Europe) and released several CDs, LPs and EPs on many labels. This dude has also been writing for various fanzines over the years and he is now in charge of the webzine EVERYDAY IS LIKE SUNDAY (dedicated to the Underground Culture : music, movies, columns, reviews, interviews, live journal, reports : www.likesunday.com). The first album of this project is an homage to B-culture, a tribute to the weird universe of music and cinema that he loves… a boiling cauldron of references to sick horror films, dumb teenage movies and old school comics… a scalding mix of music with backbone (heavy rock, punk rock, hard rock, power pop, surf music)… It’s a spicy recipe of all the crazy stuff that nursed this french zombie, that’s sure to please all the real rock’n’roll geeks. A disc by a fan for fans. The BLACK ZOMBIE PROCESSION is fueled by : HARD ROCK, HEAVY ROCK, PUNK ROCK, OLD SCHOOL METAL, POP PUNK & POWER POP !!!
