Srebrna Krila

(in English: Silver Wings) was a Croatian pop band from Zagreb that was popular in Yugoslavia. Its founder and frontman was Mustafa Ismailovski "Muc". The band was created in the 1970s, with Vlado Kalember as the lead singer. In 1988 the band represented Yugoslavia at the Eurovision Song Contest. In the 1980s and 1990s the band went through the series of different incarnations and disappeared after the death of its founder Muc. Vlatka Pokos, famous Croatian singer and TV star also started her carrier in the group Srebrna Krila. One of the most distinguished songs is 'Mangup'. Read more on Last.fm.
