Sophie Villy a.k.a. Sofish is a singer and songwriter, born in Tbilisi, Georgia. In 2008 she moved to Kiev, Ukraine and formed a band called "Backstage", after a while she started performing solo, her own stuff in a minimalistic style. (guitar, vocal and harmonica). Sophie collaborates and performs with the different talented musicians from the different places, with the different views and visions. She thinks that the whole life is a great improvisation. On her shows she turns from one song into another in a very special way. On the stage she feels like she's home and she makes the audience feel the same way. Some cover versions in her interpretation sound like her own songs. In 2011 she recorded her debut album "Mother Fish", dedicated to her Mother.
