Sebastian Krämer

Sebastian Krämer (Born December 23rd 1975 in Bad Oeynhausen) is a German cabaret artist. Krämer made guest appearances in the Theatercafé in Freiburg from 1992 to 1995. He has been living in Berlin since 1996, regularly playing at various different stages within the city. Every once in a while he appears on the radio or TV, i.e. the comedy show NightWash, Mitternachtsspitzen (WDR) or Ottis Schlachthof. In 2001 and 2003 he won the German International Poetry Slam. He founded his own Poetry Slam in the Scheinbar-Varieté in Berlin in November of 2002 and co-hosted it with Marco Tschirpke until February of 2008. In the same year the Duo Ars Flokati (Sebastian Krämer, Hagen Damwerth) was created, making guest appearances over three weeks in the Senftöpfchen, Cologne. Apart from becoming German Poetry Slam champion in the autumn of 2003 he also won first prize at the National Singing Competition in the category Chanson. On March 1st, 2009 he was awarded the German Kleinkunstpreis in the category Music/Song/Chanson. He is married with two children. Read more on Last.fm.
