Mothers Pride made their comeback with their album mothers pride, released on October 29 2007 with Little Jig Records. Until their breakup in 2001, Mothers Pride performed as Mother's Pride (with the apostrophe) and were one of the most successful bands in Lucerne, Switzerland. They had national hits, such as pretend, goodbye suicide and my baby loves you, which earned them a certain local hero status. Mothers Pride (2007) are: Tobi Gmür – Vocals /Guitars Samuel Gallati - Guitars / Vocals Kuno Studer - Bass Domi Meyer - Drums Andy Meili – Hammond Their sound might best be described as a catchy mix of countriesque pop-rock and pop, Note: Since their comeback, the apostrophe in the band name is now definitively missing. From 1989 - 2001 December 21, though, Mothers Pride in fact released their music as Mother's Pride.
