They are a five piece band, with Manuel Bürkli performing the vocals and guitar, Jan Krattiger on guitar, Jenny Jans on piano, Samuel Burri on bass, and Lorenz Hunziker on drums. Mañana were first founded by Manuel Bürkli and Jan Krattiger, when they were an acoustic duo, before coming together with the other band members in late 2002. Mañana's first record, Fast Days EP, was released in December 2003 throughout Switzerland. It contained five tracks from which the band had recently recorded. The band was then able to gain world wide exposure, with their signature track, Miss Evening, being featured on the soundtrack of EA Sports game, FIFA 2005. The song, which had been getting frequent airplay in Switzerland and around Europe, was heard by hundreds of thousands of people, who would form the basis of their wide and dedicated fan base. Mañana play an essential Alternative Rock, with heavy Indie Pop and Indie Rock genres, more specifically. 2) Mañana was founded by Cristóbal Colom in October of 2007. He recorded his first EP, entitled "Algunas Causas Perdidas", with the help of some friends and he formed a band for playing live shows. 3) Mañana is a post-rock act from Denmark. They recorded their first EP with help from the great producer Kenn from DreamAid Productions. 4) Mañana is a band formed by Mads Fors, Casper Groth Nielsen, Lasse Sonne, Andreas Terp and Janus Haastrup in the spring 2011. Stylistically, the music is experimental without ever being inaccessible. Additionally, Mañana one of the few bands who are lucky enough to share the name with a David Owe album.
