Rock 'n' roll from New Jersey. An American alternative rock band from Point Pleasant, New Jersey. The band formed in 2008 and released their first EP, 'Don't Tell Secrets, I Won't Tell Lies', in 2009 which they toured on for a short time before releasing two new songs and their debut full-length 'The Guidelines of Love & Lies' on November 27th, 2010. Members; AJ Hoenings - vocals/guitar Nick Kaelblein - guitar Joey Trala - drums Justin Byron - bass/vocals The band has shared the stage with 3OH!3, Travie McCoy, Cobra Starship, New Found Glory, Sparks The Rescue, The Ataris, The Dangerous Summer, and The Wonder Years. They have played The Bamboozle in 2009 and 2010, the Journeys Backyard BBQ in 2011, and the Oceanport, NJ date of the Vans Warped Tour in 2011. Like The Stars had their music video for "Hey Kyle, Thanks For the Heads Up" (directed by Maple Leaf Productions) featured in 850 Journeys locations in September 2011, released a new song "Currents" on their Facebook & PureVolume pages, was featured on Fearless Radio in September 2011, and has over 80,000 views of their music video for "Better Off Believing" (directed by Ryan Mast).
