Juan Vincente Torrealba is a Venezuelan composer and musician who plays classical Latin harp. Born in Caracas in 1917, he formed his own group, The Torrealberos, in 1947. In the 70s he began to collaborate with artists from around the world, including working with a full orchestra. In the early 80s, he broke into a solo career, and he retired in 1986.
