There are a happy gang of bands called YON around the world: One is a math rock trio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and features Anabel Gorbatt, Alejandro Coll and Martín Vijnovich. (http://yyoonn.bandcamp.com) Another was a sardonic doomy folk two-piece based in London UK, featuring Bill Tribble (Feal Real) and Mamiko Yahagi.
