Vosmoy

VOSMOY is a Russian rock band from Moscow, formed in 2010. The band was formed by musician and songwriter Anton Vosmoy, whose solo album «Alone» achieved good success in Russia. Also the band consists of Matvey Usov (bass), Stas Kozelsky (drums, percussion) and Kirill Lapardin (guitar, vocals). Their music style includes from soft lyric songs till aggressive heavy musicianship with theatrical performances. In the end of 2010 VOSMOY released first demo record and published it on social networks. Each of three songs «Radioheart», «Deal with the Devil» and «Hammer» became net favorites and the group were special guests on local radio and TV. In 2011 they took grand prix as 1.000.000 rubles on first russian alternative music festival Croc Rock. Now VOSMOY the band extensively tour has big work on their first album on Wolk Recording Studio in Moscow. It will release this fall. Read more on Last.fm.
