Invasion Veith The Mixtape Vol.2

Veith is a Polish producer of soft IDM, experimental electronica. He began in middle '90s fascinated by breakbeat as a co-founder of the Cyber Zone project creating music on Amiga 600 and "ProTracker". In 1997 he cooperated with local radio station Kiks and together with Oba presented electronic music ranging from breakbeat, rave, jungle and d’n’b to idm, experimental electronica and ambient. The same year, under the “Brain Masher” alias and with a “brand new” equipment (PC + FastTracker II + rebirth), he joined a group of independent music producers: F.S.O.L. (Future Sound Of Lódz) which also included SLG (aka Cyber Junk), Dagoba (Laboratorium), OBA, Cell, A Lit, Theta and performed at many musical events in places like: Weglowa, Forum Fabricum, Faraon, LDK. In 1999 F.S.O.L. signed a contract with SP Records. Unfortunatelly the group disbanded before finalizing the release. In 2000, (using PC + Jeskola Buzz and many wonderful Buzz plug-ins) Veith produced a soundtrack to a documentary film realized by Everest Studio for TVP. The production was possible due to the fact that the producer had been cooperating with PWSFTViT students (film school in Lódz). Since then Veith has been experimenting with sounds and different genres finding new software and developing his own means of expressing himself. The process still continues.
