The UGA Accidentals are the premier all-male a cappella group at the University of Georgia. The group was originally a small ensemble drawing its members strictly from the University of Georgia Men's Glee Club. They began singing together in this fashion in 1974; however, over the years their style has changed greatly. The Accidentals now accept any student from the University of Georgia, and they are a diverse, talented group of singers. They have competed in the International Championship of Collegiate A Cappella multiple times, and have never walked away without placing in both quarterfinals and semifinals. Though the Accidentals have been singing for over 30 years, they have only recently begun to regularly record albums. Beginning with None Of The Above, produced by Dave Sperandio, the Accidentals entered the modern world of competitive collegiate a cappella. Following their first album, the Accidentals recorded 14 And Change with James Gammon followed by Imprint in 2009, produced by Charlie Forkish. Their most recent release was A Gentleman's Game mixed by Ed Boyer and James Cannon and mastered by Dave Sperandio Read more on Last.fm.
