Tracey Dey was an American pop singer in early 1960s. She was born Nora Ferrari and came from New York. She recorded "Teenage Cleopatra" with Liberty Records. It was a national hit and followed by "Here Comes the Boy She left the music industry late sixties and got a college degree. in Theatre Arts and taught several college courses.
