The band consists of vocalist and producer Debby Ryan, lead guitarists and backing vocalists Kyle C. In 2012 they met Johnny Franco, Kubanda Carman, Edwin Carranza and Kyle C. Moore and formed The Never Ending. The band began rehearsing and writing before announcing the formation. On 4 December 2013 the group was officially released with a video teaser on Youtube. Ryan, the vocalist, posted a video with the message: “I want you to meet the people I tell stories with. To me, telling these stories with these people is the most important part of the process. We get to do something that will live on after us. we get to do something never ending”. In interview to Billboard, in February 14, 2014, Ryan announces that the album title is One and will be released on June 24. She also confirmed that the debut single will be released in April.
