Reggie “Polo” Burwell, had seen his cousin leading what is now T.C.B. in the 4th and W St. NE neighborhood and thought that he could take it to a different level. Soon, Burwell’s cousin decided to turn the band over to him to see what he could do. It took a couple of years for Polo to fit his band with the personnel that it needed for success and then in 2001, T.C.B. was on its way. Read more on Last.fm.
