Staccato Du Mal

Real Name: Ramiro Jeancarlo Fioritura was formed by Ramiro Jeancarlo in the early 90's after years of inspiration and influence by the early classical masters. Ramiro Jeancarlo is a self taught multi-instrumentalist /composer creating various styles of classical dark romantic/industrial music. A demo was created in 1998, consisting of neoclassical/experimental/wave tracks. After a handful of songs were established, Fioritura slowly began focusing more on romantic experimental wave, later morphing into the current: 'Staccato du Mal'. Fioritura was put to rest to allow the self construction of an all analog studio for live electronic recordings earning the name Studio Staccato. The studio consists of early analog synthesizers and drum machines. These vintage instruments came with limited capabilities from their original manufacturers. This in turn has directed Ramiro's ambition to rebuild and self modify/customize these instruments to communicate with each other via controlled voltage, transforming them into a semi modular state for advanced technical use. This challenge has woven a special relationship between artist and instrument, thus creating a unique and intricate sound while merging different eras of instrument technology. Several other collaborations with different singers surfaced soon after Staccato du mal: (Flesh Graey Display, Opus Finis, Xeno and Staccato, Zug im Veins).
