Often recognised as the guitarist and primary vocalist for Canada's Wide Mouth Mason, Shaun Verreault's musical life alongside his band finds himself in the role of a modern-day troubadour, putting a life's worth of observations, memories, and thoughts into songs that need to be heard. As a man without his band, his ties to Wide Mouth Mason's roots build a strong basis for his solo acoustic work, with a few tracks on his solo CD being familiar to his fans from Wide Mouth Mason as stripped-down tracks from Wide Mouth Mason's song catalogue where the essence of solo is defined musically as a man.
