SEAHOUSE is a prolific punk band from Issaquah, WA. Soon after its formation, the band became a staple of Seattle’s underground music community, frequently playing at popular DIY warehouses, art galleries and punk basements. They have numerous releases to their name, among them: -PNW (2009) [LP] -Split cassette w/ Last Slice of Butter (2008) -Split cassette w/ Masters and Johnson (2008) -Space Songs (2007) [EP] -Cats (2006) [EP] Because of their young age—each 15 years old at the band’s inception—SEAHOUSE came to be known as “the babies” within some circles for their cutely awkward live demeanor and ubiquitous presence among much older patrons of the Pacific Northwest music scene. SEAHOUSE shows are notoriously well-attended, which may be attributable in part to the sheer spectacle of drummer Nicholas Leumpert, whose unorthodox drum setup and playing style are often characterized as bizarre and eccentric. Members: Guitarist and lead vocalist Max Smith-Holmes is also head of several popular noise projects, including Deception Pass (disambiguation), and Tarhand. Bassist Jayden Long’s solo project Burnaby Tuff has released 11 albums; he also plays guitar guitarist in the irascible experimental group Masters and Johnson. Drummer Nick Luempert also plays in Masters and Johnson, and is rumoured to be the drummer of the enigmatic project Naomi Punk. all songs: http://www.mediafire.com/?7zhrv6flf9e3f3i Read more on Last.fm.
