Roger died a few years ago. This biog came from his website... "Roger is perhaps best known as a composer of music for feature films, television and the theatre. As a solo pianist he has often appeared on television and radio and will be familiar to many people as a regular broadcaster with the Roger Webb Trio. In addition to his recordings with the Trio there are many albums for Piano and Orchestra. Being a conductor and arranger, Roger has provided songs and scores for a wide variety of artists including Bette Davis, Rex Harrison, Grace Bumbry, Johnny Mathis, Shirley Bassey, David Soul, Danny Williams etc. As a songwriter he has appeared at the World Song Festival in Tokyo and his song "Make Your Own Rainbow," with lyrics by Norman Newell, won the Danny Kaye Award at the UNICEF International Song Contest in Holland. Other award winning songs include "Stay Awhile" (First Prize - Gibraltar Song Festival and "All Over the World" (runner-up -FIDOF - Los Angeles). In addition to his work in the United Kingdom, Roger has worked on the continent as well as in Japan, Canada and the United States where his work on "Death of a Centrefold" attracted a Golden Globe nomination while, in France, "The Godsend" won first prize in the Paris International Film Festival for its musical score.
