Postcards From Home

A clever mix of catchy hooks, powerful guitars, and a melodic energy that leaves you wanting more. Led by front man John Powell (the ex-bassist of Life Force Records' Last Winter) who wrote the song "Don't Forget To Write" that was featured on Mtv's "Laguna Beach" . John is joined by the talent of drummer Will Kraft, guitarist Noah Inscoe,guitarist Lee Barlow, and bassist Josh Law. Postcards From Home's first album "In Over Our Heads" is a mix of lyrical letters suitable for any mood. Postcards From Home is a great musical find for fans of all types of music and are simply unforgettable. Postcards From Home formed Oct of 2009 with John Powell, Will Kraft, and Alan Parker later adding Noah Inscoe. In the summer of 2010 Postcards From Home went through some line up changes. Alan Parker left the band to focus on getting his bachelors degree. In need of a new guitarist they auditioned and brought in Lee Barlow. That summer they also picked up bassist Josh Law to free up vocalist John Powell. The band is currently preparing to release their first album in Oct of 2010.
