Monsieur Zèbre in Dub is a dub-stepper project composed between France and Peru by Thibault Quinon. After several years composing in other kinds of electronic music such like drum’n’bass, breakcore and ambiant, Mr Zèbre completely turns toward Dub after a production workshop with Mad Professor. Mainly electronic, his project is including acoustic instruments and voices from several countries: Peru (Rebel I, Angel Aguilar, Noet/Achkirik), Great Britain (Melanie Jane). Situated between dub-stepper, drum’n’bass and dubstep, Mr Zèbre is an original combination designed for a live act show realized as a multitracks’ remix of his own production, combined with live music (bass, sax, trumpet, MC).
