Momo Rossel

Momo Rossel is a composer, multi-instrumentalist and record producer from Switzerland. He was a founding member of the almost-legendary Swiss avant-prog band Debile Menthol,(1979-1985) and later Nimal. In 1987 he composed, recorded and released his first solo album entitled Nimal, which served as the basis for the formation of the band Nimal. Having co-founded a recording studio, he also co-founded the label, LabelUsines which releases records by L'Ensemble Raye, Shirley Anne Hoffman, Die Knodel, and other Swiss and European avant-garde/experimental artists. He has been active as a producer and/or musical collaborator on many of these releases.Additionally, Momo Rossel composes for films--in particular, children's movies in Switzerland.
