Miquel Gil is one of the best known Valencian folk artist. His career started in "Al Tall" a traditional folk band from the Valencian Country. His solo career mixes up sounds from across the mediterranean with a strong Valencian foundation, rooted in the moorish influences of his native culture. After more than a hundred concerts of his CD Orgànic (Galileo-MC, 2002) and becoming a reference of Valencian folk, Miquel Gil begins a new adventure with his second soloist CD: Katà (Galileo-MC, 2004).
