Mihai Toma was born in Romania and became a self-taught musician around the age of 16. Being a fan of Vangelis he was drawn to synthesized music and and embraced the electronic sounds. He got to play traditional flutes, guitars, keyboards and various percussion instruments. After releasing several lounge songs for the Morandi band, he wrote and produced a ‘chill out – soundtrack ‘ album called Soft Touch with a string quartet called Passione.
