Mester de Juglaría

They are a group from Mexico that recreates medieval music. The band members are: -Fray Carolus "Senectus" [old]: Chords, stories and blessings. -Nikolaus de Compostela "Patas curvas" [bended-legs]: Bagpipe, zanfona, woodwind and voice. -Teobaldo de Messina"Grandi corpo" [Big-body]: Percussions, voice and stories. Mester of Juglaría was the job of a juglar, it was a kind of poetry that was declaimed in the streets, during the Middle Age; the poems were accompanied by music.
