A complete Dutch-written album, meaning 'Clay, shit and sand', where he writes about embittered old men, scary girls, an overflow of liquor and the Brabantian countryside. Mathijs has arranged some skilfull musicians around him, mostly studieing on the academy of music and rock. Along with his dark smoky voice, the overall sound can be classified as ginuine, deep and full of compassion. Read more on Last.fm.
