Liz Graham

Liz Graham is a moving and poetic singer/songwriter. Poignant songs and excellent vocal delivery mark this album. Graham sounds similar to Natalie Merchant but boasts more maturity. The acoustic guitar-based arrangements are simple and unadorned as the song really resides completely in Graham's excellent delivery. Her songs are of unrequited love for men that offer strength and adventure. Graham is so communicative and artful in exposing her passion and needs -- she delicately sings "Meet me on the West Side/I'm dressed in black for you" and "I'd like to invite you in my bed/To explore your dynamic."
