Alberto Batet Vitali (*Mendoza, Argentina, 23 de August 1920 – † 15 October 2000) was an Argentinian singer and actor more know as Leo Marini, also nicknamed the "La voz que acaricia" (the caressing voice / the soothing voice). Born in Argentina and though he had hits with other orchestras, it was with Cuban La Sonora Matancera he reached the peak of his fame singing Afro-Cuban boleros. Although he got his first break into the music scene through LV 10 radio Cuyo it was until 1941 when in Chile he gathered a conjunto (group of musician / band) and started sing live in front of an audience.
