Hi, we're Laternpoll. We're a melodic punkrockband from Holland. We've been around since 1999. So far, we have managed to play many shows throughout the Netherlands. Amongst them a few were supportacts for the legendary Belvedere and our own national punkrockheroes I Against I, but most of them were with all those other great punkrockbands from The Netherlands which we have become friends with through the years. We've recorded: * A low quality demo-cd back in 2000 * A split-CD with our friends from The Almighty Kingpin (RIP), recorded at the infamous Bunt's Studios by Menno Bakker * A DIY-recorded song for promotional use (Enduring Smile) All these songs can be downloaded in proper quality at our site, which is www.laternpoll.com We're planning to record a full-length this year, 2007 that is, but that's pretty much what we said last year as well. Anyway, we're doing the best we can, but I guess we're a bunch of lame-ass wankers from time to time, and we don't manage to practice as often as we'd like to because we kind of live criss-cross throughout the country nowadays.
