King Magnetic

At 6’9” and 400+ pounds, rapper/producer KING MAGNETIC is arguably the “biggest rapper alive.” Fans of the underground phenom know that his massive size is a complement to his larger-than-life personality – a maddening mash-up of creativity, sensitivity, and a strong dose of “I just don’t give a fuck.” A native of Allentown, PA (where a burgeoning Hip-Hop scene has quietly taken shape in recent years), KING MAGNETIC began receiving national attention as in 2005 as the producer of "The Sound of Philadelphia" for rapper Reef the Lost Cauze, which aired on ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown. In 2006, KING MAGNETIC began recording his first, official iTunes release, Everything's A Gamble, showcasing his vast production and rhyming skills, and featuring underground heavyweights such as Channel Live, Sean Price, Edo G and Chino XL among others. While mixing Everything’s A Gamble in 2007, KING MAGNETIC was invited to appear on the Army of the Pharaohs (AOTP) 2007 LP, Ritual of Battle. He was a clear standout on tracks such as "Drama Theme" & "Black Christmas", and the performance earned him spot as an official member of AOTP. AOTP's The Unholy Terror and KING MAGNETIC's Everything’s A Gamble 2 released on the same day in March 2010. After a plethora of collaboration with Hip-Hop’s finest and a transition from crew life to his own hustle, KING MAGNETIC is convinced that now is the time to finally gift the world with a solo project. His debut album Timing Is Everything is a large and in-charge, 19-track masterpiece featuring DJ Premier, 9th Wonder, Jadakiss, Rapsody, and more. The “biggest rapper in Hip-Hop” may have been the industry’s best-kept secret for the past decade, but in January 2015, KING MAGNETIC plans to turn the rap world on its collective ear!
