Johnny Hansen

Johnny Hansen, lead singer and guitarist in Candy, "sang his first disaster" on 25 July 1965 in Hurup - Thy. With Bjorn Hansen (Bjørn & Okay) as father, Johnny has been in the music of "father" milk. As early as 4-year-old Johnny knew that he would be the drummer. After 5 years the drums were replaced by guitar and intense teaching. Teenage years came, and for a period guitar was shelved. Now it was football! But - once a musician always a musician. As 18-year-old Johnny was in the group Airport. The next 5 years went by byfester, halballer etc. Among Johnny's friends were duo Jens Erik & Torben. They had in 1985 to record a record and lacked a guitarist. Johnny came to, and it would later turn out that this was the seed for Candy. 1985 was the year when Johnny got his training as a civilian electrician, which he later supplemented with an installer exam. The Royal Academy of Dragoon fluctuated in Johnny's time in 1985-86. In 1988, Airport dissolved. Johnny went along with Jens Erik & Torben. Jørgen Hein Jørgensen joined as bass player - Candy was formed. It has been many pladeindspilninger for Candy. These plates have Johnny in 1994 recorded the CD "Only for fun" with his father, Bjorn Hansen. Read more on Last.fm.
