Jay Elle Music is an American singer and song writer, born in Brooklyn, NY to a family of entertainers. She was introduced to music, acting, dance, and fashion at a very young age. Whoever won would get prize money. It was the time of our lives. I loved it and that rush of being able to entertain people stayed with me ever since."
