INDOSURF is a band that comes straight outta Visalia, California. Located in the central valley, INDOSURF is a four member alternative/rock/reggae band with a style and sound reminiscent to the great 90's So Cal band, SUBLIME. They also have drawn influence from the FOO FIGHTERS, COHEED AND CAMBRIA, INCUBUS, MOTION CITY SOUNDTRACK, PEPPER, JOSH FISCHEL, BARGAIN MUSIC, and many, many other rock bands. It's classic sublime style reggae, with a twist of different rock and pop influences here and there, making it sound familiar...yet not familiar at all. With the reggae/alternative/rock sound being the biggest factor in their sound, they also have drawn influences from the great surf bands and artists such as DICK DALE and the great So Cal punkabily surf band THE ZIGGENS. As of October, 2008, the band has played such notibale venus as the VANS WARPED TOUR 2008 ERNIE BALL STAGE (Fresno, CA stop), KROQ'S and AHL PRODUCTIONS SO CAL ROCK REVOLUTION 2008 and 2009...they've played with the great BERT SUSANKA (of The Ziggens) and THE ASTRONAUT LOVE TRIANGLE, and has many other notible shows coming up. INDOSURF is currently in the studio recording to release their much anticipated "THE BANANAS EP" and the EP "HAWAII" (a concept EP to be recorded on a full length soon) that is due out spring/winter of 2009.
