Their debut LP The Trouble With Being Nice (2002) and its followup, 2003's EP Hold On Tight put Household Names in vanguard of the Texas indie-pop scene that has been carefully growing out from under the Texas blues, beer and BBQ streeotypes. Both records have met with considerable critical and commercail success: Excpect much more from their new release Picture in My Head, which begins where those records left off. Don't worry, the uber-tight harmonies and sing-a-long melodies are still there, they've just matured a bit, and the band has added a diverse array of weapons to thier already formidable pop-indie arsenal.
