Established in Stockholm, Sweden 2001 GEMINI FIVE´s strong material and heavy-catchy songs combined with their flamboyant-in-your-face-attitude makes them undefeatable. They create a heavy duty sound and their performance is ultra-heavy-cool-rock&roll. TIN STAR - The main songwriter. A hard working melody maker and cursed with the gift of being a talented composer 24/7. “I´ve always been a songwriter! I usually get inspired to write new songs listening to other bands thinking; -"Hey, I can do that... But much better!” In 2001, Tin began looking for a new cool band with the ambition to go all the way. HOT ROD - Left Gothenburg, Sweden in the late 90´s and headed for Hollywood. Soon he was handpicked as BEAUTIFUL CREATURES' rhythm guitarist. Everything worked out as planned yet immigration forced Rod to move back. He was determined to join a band with the right chemistry. Rod heard of this new band looking for a bass man. Rod's never taking the easy way out or compromising with the looks, output or attitude. SNOOPY -A gangster with a big heart, an open mind and with a past that will make you blush... A great performer with strong influences from the late 80´s american rock&roll scene and with what’s up today. His first audition was an immediate hit and Snoopy was the right man on the right spot! SLIM PETE -A longtime friend and companion to Tin for ages. Playing together in several bands, Pete was always the first choice to take on the role as the wild-skin-punisher. Creating a solid beat for all to give into... GEMINI FIVE was the package all four were looking for. The word was out and quite soon record label WILD KINGDOM offered the band a deal. Their debut ‘Babylon Rockets’ was released all over Europe, Japan and South America in October 2003. The first single ‘You spin me round (like a record)’ listed as no.19 at the swedish single charts May/June 2003. The second coming 'Black:Anthem' was released on September 2nd 2005 and landed at No. 8th on the Swedish sales charts the very same week. Read more on Last.fm.
