With an obsession for dance music and Djing that began at the tender age of 12, Dean began his DJ career spinning rave and early house while working in Edinburgh's record shops, honing his skills and developing a sound he could call his own. Cut forward to '08 and one of the city's most in demand DJs is one of the rising stars of the house scene with productions being unleashed on labels like Subliminal, Black Hole, CR2, Armada, Spinnin' and Pacha both solo and with production partner and close friend Huggy. His self taught production skills have garnered support from every echelon of the dance music fraternity, from Tiesto, Erick Morillo and David Guetta to name a few and gaining radio support from the likes of Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Marcus Schulz, Eddie Halliwell and Roger Sanchez. Dean's uncompromising and original sound takes into account anything from House to Techno. Technically gifted, his enthusiastic style has the power to destroy crowds with his high pace, high energy, crowd pleasing sets over 3 turntables; attacking dance floors around the globe or at home for his 8 year residency for the capital's legendary monthly 'Luvely'.
