Cem Köksal

Heavy Metal guitarist CEM KÖKSAL employed "MEZARKABUL"(PENTAGRAM) vocalist Murat Ilkan and drummer Aykan Ilkan to perform on his solo album 'Set Me Free' released in 2004 through Universal Records. His live band included Ilkan, "CHEROKEE" and "MR. NO" drummer Aykan Ilkan, "SUPERCHARGER" bassist Cagatay Ates and keyboard player Koray Alarslan of "FORGOTTEN REALMS" and "BATTLORN". CEM KÖKSAL undertook a joint tour of Turkish universities with former "RAINBOW" and "DEEP PURPLE" singer "JOE LYNN TURNER" throughout May 2006. In May 2007, he released his first Turkish album called "Siyah Beyaz Masallar". In this album; the main members of the band Cagatay Ates and Koray Alarslan again took their places. Senay Lambaoglu (vokal) and Alpay Salt (Drums) also performed for this album. In addition to his guitar and bass guitar performances in the album, Cem Köksal is also the graphic designer of the album cover and he took the photos that take place inside the album cover.
