Alpha Omega

There are (at least) three bands currently using the name Alpha Omega. One is a solo project by Colin Lindo (Ireland) and the other a psychedelic space rock three-piece (Australia). Alpha Omega (Dublin, Ireland), led by Colin Lindo, has released on such profilic labels as Reinforced, Outbreak, Trouble on Vinyl, Subvert Central Recordings and many more. He releases Techno, Downtempo and Electronica under the Nubian Mindz monkier. 70's Prog Rock, Ambient band from Australia, only recorded LP was Alpha Omega (1976) Credits: Bass – Tony Hargreaves Guitar – John Bellamy Percussion – Ray Dick Saxophone – Dave Brown Synthesizer – Stephen Maxwell Von Braund Alpha Omega (Brisbane, Australia), formed in 1998 and exclusively play space rock music in a psychedelic vein, heavily influenced by Hawkwind. They have released a number of albums, including "Electronic Mind Project" (2001), "People Of Earth, We Have Come To Blow Your Mind" (2004) and "Psychedelometer" (2007), collaborated with the likes of Daevid Allen (Gong) and appeared on a recent Hawkwind tribute album.
