Zinatel is a new musical adventure that combines electronic music with ethnic instruments: cables and panflute, beats and raza (race). This is the new challenge for four musicians that in two generations have accomplished a fine and demanding project. Zinatel has expanded its personal and musical frontiers with their latest album. Zinatel is comprised by Luis “Kike” Galdámes (voice, quenacho (bass flute), zampoñas (panflutes), soprano sax) and Cristián Márquez (voice, acoustic guitar, Venezuelan cuatro), both are former Illapu members, who have added two more members: Andrés Jeraldo (vice, electric guitar) and a Papanegro member, Carlos Valenzuela (sequences, keyboard programming). Together they have created the perfect fusion that gave birth to their first album …El Futuro Lo Sabrá (Future will tell) “Mi Niña Golondrina” is the album’s main song. The lyrics of this song belong to poetess Gabriela Mistral. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
