Zack Montana was born September 29, 1997 in Tampa, FL. Zack is currently 19 years of age. At age 10 he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in acting. While taking a vocal lesson with Jonathan George, he decided that music was his passion. Jonathan included Zack and his sister Amber Montana in a local touring group called "The Hollywood Hipstars".... After a 7 month break, Zack was enjoying bringing the house down at a local karaoke, when he got a call again from Jonathan George who was putting together a Boys Group, along with Jami Templeton and Jacqueline Priel (3J Music Group). After a month of rehearsals and a few live shows, Boyz Crew drew interest from Vincent Herbert of Streamline Records. The following year and a half had The Boys Crew working with 3J Music Group and Grammy Award winning producer's Dre' and Vidal. After Months of non production with Boyz Crew, Zack began working with Singer/ Songwriter for BSB Nick Carter, Singer Jen. Jen became instrumental in working with Zack vocally and producing a solo demo. In December 2010, Zack within a one week time frame, drew interest from Producer DJ Green Lantern, Stone Hall Entertainment and Nick Cannon. Zack then cut a solo 4 song ep in Early 2011. He was also Part of a Boys Band called East West Boys, who has been previously signed by Sony Music-Japan. In April 2011, Zack took a general meeting with Disney and was offered to be part of Radio Disney's Next Big Thing. He toured around the Country and played in many venues drawing a lot of popularity with pre-teens and teens across the country and even in Europe and Asia. Zack finished runner up in the 2011 Radio Disney NBT and opened for Cody Simpson at The Americana at Brand. Presently, Zack is working with Choreographer Richard Jackson, who is known for his work with Lady GaGa. Zack has recently recorded a tribute song to Michael Jackson and recorded with Aaron Fresh of N'Credible Records. Zack currently has two songs on iTunes, "Serious" and "Shorty's with me". He is a natural performer and his genre is urban pop and R&B. His influences are Michael Jackson, Elvis, Prince, Ne-yo and Chris Brown. Zack is creative and has a good ear for music. He wants to do something a little different then the norm and is looking to develop his own sound, but still making it commercially appealing. Personally, Zack is a Christian with strong Christian beliefs. Zack says, "I want people to know it is cool to have faith and believe in Christ". He loves to play basketball and is just one of the guys at the local park, riding his rip-stick, playing pick up basketball games and enjoys xbox live when all his school work is done. Zack is home schooled and is involved in a few causes, such as, Breast Cancer Awareness, Stomp Out Bullying and helping the homeless. Read more on Last.fm.
