The World Court was formed in the summer of 2006 with an avant-garde blood ceremony that bound three women and their instruments together; the women knew that a fair body of judgement, a true metaphysical council, was lacking in our world, and if no one else was going to take the reins, they, Claire L. Evans, Jaclyn Delorey, and Rebecca Carlisle-Healy, were going to be the ones to do it. Is this Portland trio a superconglomerate of knowledge about all that is good and evil?
