In 2004, following a change of band members and musical expeditions into diverse rock genres and styles, Surfacetension present their first full length album "Above" since their coming into being in 1996, only to fade from the scene six months later. Now, Surfacetension hit the stages of this planet again to surprise us once more with the new extended player "empty the trash can". Inspired by the creative vibes of the three new band members the traditionally Alternative Rock band with tendencies towards offbeat and at the same time melodious elements Surfacetension is now creating a new sound exceeding all expectations!
