Spondee

There have been at least two bands that have used the name Spondee. Currently, there is an Indie-Pop band from Boise, ID called Spondee led by Clint Vickery. The second band that has gone by Spondee consisted of Mark Donato on vocals, acoustic guitar and drums; Robin Goldwasser, wife of They Might Be Giants' John Flansburgh, on vocals, cello and tenor guitar. In 1995 they released an EP on TMBG's Hello Club imprint which included special guests Jay Sherman-Godfrey on electric guitar (tracks 3, 4) and Rolf Conant (John Flansburgh) on fake drums (tracks 3, 4, 5).
