Rosa León (born in the early 50's in Madrid, Spain) is nowadays retired from singing bt she continues producing new artists and is a memeber of the city hall of Madrid in charge of culture. Her career began in the 70's, when she paired with Javier Krahe and sang in cafés, alternative halls and basically anywhere they wanted them. Rosa records a few songs from Luis Eduardo Aute in her first album "De alguna manera". Her music continues with the same poetic ambience with new Aute compositions in "Al alba", which single became a hymn of liberty and democracy in Spain. During the 80's she dedicates much of her singing to the children and records several albums for them, and later in the 90's, she has a TV show for children "Sopa de Gansos" in which she finds new talents among the children in the audience.
