Robert Kubiszyn

..Robert Kubiszyn - acoustic and electric bass player, composer and producer. Born in Cracow, Poland. He graduated from the Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland in double bass music performance under prof. Jacek Niedziela, a renowned jazz bassist. Robert recent collaborations in the studio and on the stage include such prominent Polish artists as: Anna Maria Jopek ,Grzegorz Turnau, Henryk Miskiewicz Full Drive, Marek Napiorkowski and Dorota Miskiewicz. Robert also worked with many other great musicians such as: Adam Pieronczyk, Dean Brown, Jon Herrington, Mino Cinelu, Gregoire Maret, Janusz Muniak, Zbigniew Namyslowski, Jaroslaw Smietana, Ryszard Styla, Jacek Krolik, Antymos Apostolis, Krzysztof Herdzin,Maria Schneider with Krzysztof Herdzin orchestra, Michal Tokaj, Cezary Konrad, Krzysztof Dziedzic, Michal Dabrowka, Krzysztof Zawadzki, Walk Away, Ewa Bem, Natalia Kukulska, Kuba Badach, Grzegorz Karnas. As a bass player for internationally known Anna Maria Jopek, he participated in several musical project's featuring Anna Maria’s talent: Anna Maria Jopek & Friends featuring Pat Metheny, Anna Maria Jopek Trio featuring Mino Cinelu - NIEBO project, Anna Maria Jopek & Friends featuring Oscar Castroneves. Anna Maria Jopek featuring Richard Bona & Dhafer Youssef Robert also produces and arranges for other artists. His most prominent engagements were to co-produce two albums for Universal Music called “Nap” and “Wolno” of polish jazz guitar phenomenon Marek Napiorkowski.
