With a live show boasting a myriad of drum machines, synths, guitar loops, harmonicas and visual projections this is a concept that you cannot ignore. 2007s self-released ‘DOTS’ LP is 100 songs of claustrophobia in its purest form, with every song recorded in a room with minimal ventilation and the sun waiting impatiently on the outside. It celebrates half a century of the modern day pop song and wilfully commemorates the modern day rock song. With each short simple song confined to the limits of technology, small selection of instruments provides the backdrop for a complex tapestry.
