On September 1996 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Demian Rivera (Vocals), Edgardo Morales (Bass), Nelson Morales (Guitars) & Ivan Sabalier (drums), combined their thoughts of different styles of heavy music creating Perro Enfermo (Sick Dog). In the underground hardcore scene the band quickly began to make a name for themselves influenced by the New York Hardcore music. In only one year in the scene and playing together they recorded a six songs demo named P.R.H.C.(Puerto Rico Hard Core). This demo was handed out to friends and other local bands to spread the word. This demo gave the band exposure and attention in all corners of Puerto Rico. In a short time, they got well known playing bigger shows for their on stage performance and energy towards the crowd. In autumn 1999 they recorded a completely D.I.Y. production, their first full album called Esta es mi vida. With that album, the respect and support to the band, grew even more with the diversity in which their music was based on. In late 2002, with a loyal fan base and more maturity towards their music, the band is embarking on a task of reaching bigger audiences (In and Outside of Puerto Rico) and for that reason they recorded a new full length album. In Fall 2003 with most of all the lyrics in English they got out Their new album called "Can't Brake Me Down".
