Nu Sports, a ska band from Stuttgart, Germany, was formed in 2005 as a reunion of three members of former No Sports: Micha (lead vocals, guitar), Zwist (lead vocals, trumpet) and Andi (saxophone). The line-up was completed with five new members: Kozmo (trombone), Kasparr (guitar, vocals), Skattila (bass, vocals), Moni (accordeon) and Olli (drums). Nu Sports' repertoire covers new versions of No Sports tracks like "King Kong" or "Stay Rude, Stay Rebel", ska-style cover versions of New Wave and rock classics like "Ring of Fire" or "Psycho Killer" and a couple of new songs. In 2006 Nu Sports released the 4-track-CD "Four Songs" and made a short tour with Bad Manners, Rude & Visser. As "Uj Sportolok" they regularly play acoustic sets. In 2008 Nu Sports toured in Japan with The Spymaker, in 2009 the 9-track-CD "Life Kills" was released. Nu Sports split in 2012. www.nusports.de www.myspace.com/nusports Read more on Last.fm.
